III. Warranty Terms
1. The warranty period is one year from the day of purchase of the fueling dispensing equipment.
2. Within the warranty period, we offer free repair service if breakdown occurs to our fuel dispensers under normal operating conditions.
3. Our company is not responsible for counterfeit products or fuel dispensing machines retrofitted without authorized permission.
4. The quick-wear parts inside the fuel dispenser such as the dispensing nozzle, filter screen, filter cloth, triangle belt, pump spring, scraper, skeleton, oil seal, sealing gasket, etc. are not included in the warranty scope.
5. We provide paid repair service for the following situations:
(1) Breakdown caused by natural disasters like flood, fire disaster, earthquake, war, etc.
(2) Damage caused by improper transportation and movement.
(3) Breakdown caused by improper operation.
(4) Failure caused by improper operation conditions (such as, improper supply voltage or frequency, improper ambient temperature, power misconnection and power supply phase loss).
(5) Problems caused by pipeline, for example, the pipeline is contaminated or leaks; the bottom valve is not installed or breaks down; the fuel delivery pipes or the fuel tanks are not well placed.)
(6) Malfunction caused by substandard fuel.
(7) Man-made failure caused by retrofitting the fuel dispensing machine without authorized permission (for instance, installing electric or mechanical parts form other manufacturers into our machines).
